When you register and use the Service, we collect: Identification information (name, email, phone number), Professional information (company name, industry), Connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
2.2 WhatsApp Business Data
When you connect your WhatsApp Business account via our Service, we access: WhatsApp Business account info (WABA ID, phone number, display name), Meta Business info, Messages (content of messages sent and received via our platform), Contacts (phone numbers and names of your campaign recipients).
2.3 Data obtained via Facebook Login
When connecting via Facebook/Meta to configure WhatsApp Business, we access: Public profile (public_profile), WhatsApp Business Management (whatsapp_business_management), WhatsApp Business Messaging (whatsapp_business_messaging).
3. Use of Data
We use your data to: Provide the Service, Configure your WhatsApp account, Improve the Service, Customer support, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We share data with our technical providers: 360Dialog GmbH (Germany), Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA), Stripe, Inc. (USA), and our cloud host. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures: Encryption (HTTPS/TLS, sensitive data encryption), Access control, Secure hosting in the EU, and encrypted storage of API tokens.
6. Data Retention
Account data: Duration of subscription + 3 years. WhatsApp messages: 12 months (configurable). Contacts: Duration of subscription. Technical logs: 12 months. Upon account closure, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless legally required.
