1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Qyvo platform ("the Service"), published by NOVENSA SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Qyvo is a SaaS platform allowing management of marketing campaigns, automation, and customer support via the WhatsApp Business API.
3. Registration and Account
Use of the Service requires creating an account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Pricing and Payment
The Service is billed as a monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. WhatsApp conversation fees (Meta) are billed according to usage or paid directly, depending on configuration.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies (Business Policy, Commerce Policy). Sending SPAM or illicit content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
NOVENSA SAS shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or service interruptions related to third parties (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, or 360Dialog outages).
7. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account area. NOVENSA SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux.
